I can still get the statute of limitations extended on second-degree assault menacing false cross-complaint... I have five years to arrest her for the false cross complaint as well as that she signed to NYPD fixers a letter threatening me warning me to never come forward on the assault or she would file you get a second (false) cross complaint and she signed it.  Is a good chance in Manhattan DA will be out of a job he may fall harder then Charles Hynes and a lot sooner.

Last year I left 2 messages on the vm of the woman in charge of the Investigative Unit.

Now this year I called now and it is before 9am so the answering service takes the message for the Investigative Unit.  

9:52 Loretta Lynch staffer Sam Nitze calls me.  He says he will forward to Public Integrity Unit.  

John Liu called for a criminal investigation May of 2012.  Went to comptroller website and it appears removed by Scott Stringer!!!!!!!    As I said no one fought for that criminal investigation and is still fighting for it but me.
